Minnie Ajuwede Igbrude, Founder
Minnie is the founder of Love works Foundation and has over 30 years of professional experience in Personnel and Administrative Management.
Minnie holds a Phd in Psychological Counselling, Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling, Bachelor Degree in French and a National Certificate of Education, in English & French.
She is currently affiliated with numerous philanthropic organizations with focus on community development and empowerment programs.

Jesse-King Igbrude
Jesse-King holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from York University and has over 7 years of experience in project management and community development. He specializes in delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and foster collaboration within diverse teams. His experience spans various sectors, where he has successfully led initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and empower individuals.

Jesse-King is passionate about applying his project management expertise to empower communities through sustainable development initiatives at Love Works Foundation. By collaborating with local stakeholders and utilizing innovative strategies, he strives to contribute to Love Works' goals of enhancing education and uplifting individuals, ensuring that everyone has the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

Jan Richard Radloff
Jan Richard currently holds the role as Improvement Lead for a leading Norwegian oil & gas company. He has extensive knowledge and experience in improvement, strategic planning, enterprise risk and performance management. Before starting in the energy sector he worked in finance and real estate. Jan Richard has worked in Norway, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy and Nigeria.
Jan Richard holds a Master's degree in International Management from BI Norwegian Business School as well as a Master's degree in Energy and Environmental Management and Economics from the Enrico Mattei School in Milan. He has further education in Risk and Performance Management.
He is passionate about continuous improvement and sustainability. He has been involved with non-governmental organizations since 2011, especially focusing on children's welfare in Delta State, Nigeria. He considers Nigeria to be his second home country after spending several periods in the country over the last decade.

Oghome Udia
Oghome has over 9 years experience in the healthcare system where she currently works as a general practitioner in the United Kingdom.
She holds a medical degree from The University of St Andrews and The University of Manchester.
Oghome is passionate about mental health wellbeing and her role as a general practitioner enables her to provide such care. She joined Love Works Foundation because she believes in the empowerment of women to continue to live a full and rewarding life even after the death of their spouse. Enabling women to start a new journey after the end of one is a cause she believes in and supports.

Eloho Sibyl Radloff
Eloho has over 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry where she currently holds the role of Compliance & Vendor Qualification Coordinator. She also has broad experience in Banking and Real estate.
She holds an MBA from Sheffield University, England, a Master's degree in Environmental and Energy Management and Economics from Enrico Mattei School, Italy and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Igbinedion University Nigeria.
From a very young age, she has been passionate about the well-being of those around her and in 2010, founded Eloho Sibyl Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization that provides educational assistance to underprivileged children.
She joined Love Works Foundation to provide support through development and empowerment initiatives to widows and children.
